New Kickboxing Class Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The
instructor is David Chavez. The class embraces techniques from
Western style boxing, American Style Kickboxing, Muay Thai
Kickboxing, as well as basic street self defense. The class’ aim
is to improve cardiovascular conditioning and mental health, to
learn self-defense, and to skillfully combine hand and foot
techniques
New Weapons Class every Saturday
from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The instructor is Francisco Jorge and
the class consists of techniques with the bo staff, broad sword,
and butterfly swords.
