Judo/Jujitsu

Judo is a grappling art based on unarmed combat techniques. The main idea behind Judo is the mechanical method of using the opponent's force to convert an attack into defeat by submission. Hayashi's Martial Arts Academy has the only school in El Paso that teaches real competition Judo combined with combat techniques of Jujitsu. Judo has been an Olympic Sport since 1964. The Academy has produced several winning competition teams over the Southwest and the greater part of Texas.
