Kickboxing
At our Academy we teach our students the real art of Kickboxing. This is not an "aerobics” class. We train our students how to kick and punch effectively using correct technique, power and speed. Students will learn offensive and defensive moves.
The class covers training techniques derived from Western style boxing, American and Muay Thai Kickboxing and basic street self-defense.
Students take Kickboxing for the following reasons:
• Self -Defense
• Competition
• Intense Workout
Kickboxing is high-powered, high-intensity, realistic- training.
